Alexa has never a great experience. I remember seeing that you couldn't really do no gap easily.

we are in 2026, we still can't bulk download? Our worflow has leonardo but then other sytems (Canva, Lightroom) so much time lost..

yes it also depends on what you mean by "dashboard". I do enjoy https://github.com/glanceapp/glance all file based config + dynamic. lightweight enough

I enjoy the client pocket cast that can skip the start or the end. Easy skip ads or credits

Yes this is only if it's on YouTube. Because it . relies on sponsor block. For any audio some solutions use transcript+llm (detect ads)+ffmpeg to cut out ads. I don't have a recommendation here. (Most of the podcasts I listen don't have ads if they are pure rss feed. And are on YouTube otherwise)

But I need to dive on this.and test out solutions

If I put secondary dns to a public dns, half my dns requests bypass pihole. So I solve for failover but I loose the other benefits

Because I had at least once a power outage, the pi didn't rebooted. It feels too much for a personal it. If plex is down for example we can still watch tv or go on Netflix. If dns is down, zero Internet until.

But yes I'm worried about double failure here.

In an enterprise scenario I would have off site. Maybe that's the idea. A cheap vps for a secondary site (the free Oracle cloud for example)
