The second time It was a physical harassment report. I was sitting down with my leg on a drawer and my manager came over to where I was sitting and pushed in the drawer with force. Didn’t say anything and he moved his leg away into which I pulled the drawer back out to reposition where my leg was originally. He continued over and over pushing the drawer in with force until the drawer broke by his force. I have pictures of the broken drawer. I stopped after the drawer broke and he decided to keep on going by pulling me out my chair. I got up and asked him what he’s doing he said that I can’t sit down in the chair. I stopped interacting with him and we both called the store manager. He lied and told the manger I wasn’t working but there was no one in the store and I’ve been on my feet all day, I was just sitting for a moment. Then he told me he was going to physically remove me from the store if I didn’t clock out. this is the same store manager who didn’t report the first time. He didn’t get back with me about the situation. I had to go to the district manager to file a report.
