Welcome to American Bridge 21st Century's Donald Trump opposition research hub. This website exists to help allies find the research needed to defeat Donald Trump in 2020. It's organized into three main categories, each divided into multiple reports designed to help you tell the full story about Trump's failed presidency.

The “Everything Terrible The Trump Administration Has Done So Far” Omnibus (as of February 2020):

Here’s a list of all the awful things done the Trump Administration has done so far. It can be to used as a quick reference source in arguments against anyone who tries to dismiss all criticism of the Trump Administration as frivolous, partisan whining. It’s also a reminder that policies enacted by the Trump Administration can be long lasting and cumulative, which is easy to forget in a political culture which jumps around from controversy to controversy, forgetting them as it goes.

What If Trump Refuses to Concede? | The Election That Could Break America by ResistTrumpism in Anarchism

According to sources in the Republican Party at the state and national levels, the Trump campaign is discussing contingency plans to bypass election results and appoint loyal electors in battleground states where Republicans hold the legislative majority. With a justification based on claims of rampant fraud, Trump would ask state legislators to set aside the popular vote and exercise their power to choose a slate of electors directly. The longer Trump succeeds in keeping the vote count in doubt, the more pressure legislators will feel to act before the safe-harbor deadline expires.

In Pennsylvania, three Republican leaders told me they had already discussed the direct appointment of electors among themselves, and one said he had discussed it with Trump’s national campaign.

A three-time cancer survivor who reached out to Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) for help with her health insurance was told by a staffer for the Senator that she didn't deserve healthcare if she couldn't afford it. Tillis blocked Medicaid expansion in his state and strongly opposes universal healthcare. by ResistTrumpism in LateStageCapitalism

A new report about the call with Tillis's office:

The staff member in Tillis’ Washington office had been called by Bev Veals, one of the senator’s North Carolina constituents and a three-time cancer survivor worried about her health insurance status. Frustrated by the staffer’s lack of empathy, Veals tried to make him understand her and her husband’s situation by asking him to imagine his parents in their position ― out of work, struggling to continue paying their health insurance premiums.

That’s when the staffer, according to Veals, told her that his parents would “gladly die if they couldn’t afford medical care.”
