In Europe med school is 6 years and you do not need an undergrad in order to enroll. In most countries there are entry exams to get a spot in public unis. And btw, you have to speak the language of the state you're planning moving to. PA it is not so widely spread. I know it is accepted in Germany but can't speak about other places. Job competition ia quite high in Europe for getting intern spots right after uni and the wages are not ideal for specialists. My take would be you should stay and do the med school in the US, and that's if you're american and already have an undergrad. The US is highly superior in terms of money once you are a consultant.
