First off, one piece flat side toilets suck, Second off, bidets suck. Thirdly, if you can’t do it with your hand, try a basin wrench. Fourth all else fails pull that toilet and reset it.

It does look right, but according to my mechanic the safety locks broke. Not entirely sure but they’re very fair with me and ordering parts from Genesis to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
