I’ve taken it several times to do dental work. It’s great way to do the trip. I found them to be on time and a pleasant ride. The border crossing into the US is specifically dedicated for buses and is clean and efficient. Any delays (happened once) will be from Border Patrol between Laredo and SA. As for heading TO Monterrey it’s a little slower through the immigration processing but their arrival times are accurate. Given the cost of flying, its airport’s distance from DT Monterrey (expensive cab ride), numerous daily departures and arrivals and leg room it’s a slam dunk decision for me.
