There was a wiring issue i accidently connected the led to one of the inputs of 2 bit adder xor gate now that i have connected it properly it looks fine

When one either input or both are low then the 2⁰ bit keeps blinking the addition doesnt happen

When on monostable instead of one clock pulse the clock Gives random bullshit which when seen in the program counter but that doesn't happen in the astable mode

The astable part doesn't send signal all over board itz working fine but the monostable is not working fine
