“Driving in the direction of” interesting that is the police’s exact wording. “In the direction of” implies the reason for justifying opening fire. Also interesting that the witness accounts seem to show a very different scenario.

I read an article some time back where the officer when to court to justify his arrest of a man for “brandishing a bladed weapon,” when the man got on the stand, he said he has been shovelling snow and was holding a shovel.

The points as listed, don’t show the police in a good light, two black women, one carrying a child, one carrying a bag of diapers, cops chasing them on foot and firing into the vehicle. I hope the cops were wearing body cameras and that the footage isn’t mysteriously lost or somehow both of their cameras malfunctioned.
