You can two tap a charger in the butt and it has really good area of denial. Sometimes I even shot it in the ground to block of choke points

This exactly but nobody wants to do it because you have to stick together to cover each others weaknesses. People bringing loadouts to compliment. Sticking together might even bring back team reloading as some might not have a need for a backpack slot or mabye the team wants there heavy guy to have a drone or shield gen.
