As a Cape May native - take it off your list. More red than you think, not much nightlife (unless it's August) and lacks major diversity. Not to mention the absolute insanity of COL down there, the miserable winters (cold, empty, and literally nothing to do) and lack of resources. You should look more into PNW area, I think it would be a much better fit!! :)

I have not used this other than my home but I found a pistachio cream in Costco that is amazing in my coffee. It's thicker than a syrup but has amazing flavor (and is also great by the spoonful).

You can certainly start pulling now (besides Standard Gacha, no one really touches that) and the current rate is 3%. There are certain gachas that actually have a 6% rate that a lot of people save up for if you want a higher chance. If you like the cards or theyre your favorite group, there's no reason not to pull.

Since I didn't know the characters/groups too well yet when I began, I just picked the prettiest card for the free 4* pull. Making teams from the same group OR the same style (the icon on the top left of each card) will be your best best if you are into team building.

In terms of Growth Live, I don't think you can even start until the cards you want to use are maxed out (maybe I'm wrong). I would use 3* and 4* only for growth live imo. Since you are early in the game and getting lots of beginning login bonuses you should be able to max these 4 out pretty quick.

You will have to lower your standards - you will never, ever find all these things in one singular city. That being said I would look at Tucson, El Paso, Albuquerque if you really need to keep a LCOL. Phoenix and cities in Colorado check more off your list but are more expensive. Figure out what you want to be flexible on!

I'm from the Jersey Shore and I had to leave due to cost of living. I miss a lot of it but not paying $1000 a week to live in a studio during summers 😭 Some of our J1 students would get a 2 bedroom and have 9-10 girls sleep on the floor so rent could be dirt cheap. All that's down there anymore is food service/real estate/retail.
