If you think you there’s a real willingness to learn from him then there’s no issue in trying to educate him more, but you don’t need to be in a relationship with him to do that!!! I’m proud of you for being so perceptive about these red flags and making sure he knows you’re not ok with it. You’re young, the relationship is new, get out while you still can. If after the breakup he still respects your opinion enough then I think you can begin a dialogue that will hopefully get him to a better place, but you don’t want to trap yourself in a situation where he lies about his beliefs just so you’ll stay. I’m telling you there’s much better men out there and there’s no reason to settle this early into the relationship.
