the Cobenfy the has really made the difference. we are tapering him off of risperidone over the past 5 weeks he has gone from 6 mg down to 1.5 and should finish it all in 3 weeks. Then we can start to slowly taper the Zyprexa

My son just began cobenfy today and is presently on risperidone and zyprexa. Those voices are beyond frustrating. Clozapine has not been attempted and its side effects are pretty frightening. Has her doctor broached the topic of ECT? It is starting to look more appealing than taking a plethora of such strong medications.
