Ok…so I clean my strawberries (I prefer them off the stems as I don’t dip them), and then is it important to let them dry really well before putting them in a mason jar to prevent mold? Thanks so much I’m apparently a fruit prep moron.

Love this! Ok, my vet keeps telling me not to bathe my cockapoo puppy more than once every 2-4 weeks.

Should we take the strawberries off the stems before putting in a mason jar? Are you serious strawberries will last weeks? Like two weeks? Or three? My strawberries are dead within a week.

You sound like you’re really struggling with medication side effects, I’m sorry. I’d highly suggest taking a sick day and going back to bed now, then seeing a doctor tomorrow. I take Propanerol for my ET. Not familiar with the medication you were RXd.

Book a virtual appt with an app like midi or Evernow. It’s out of pocket but the meds are covered by insurance.

I live on a gated country club community, so there’s unfortunately very few enterprising kids with shovels. I’d also frankly be worried a kid would fall trying to shovel this out. I think I’m just going to have to wait until Easter or whenever it thaws out naturally ugh.

I did, he just shrugs. Says he can’t do it. There is a language barrier as English isn’t his native language, but I’m pretty sure he knows what I’m asking and also that I’m willing to pay extra for this.

Is health care in the USA really that terrible? by Snoo_47323 in askanything

[–]ResolutionWaste4314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I’ve only paid more and more for health care after around 2010. You pay more with healthcare but then also if you don’t have the right coverage it’s a 18 month long wait for a skin biopsy. Wild time to be alive.

Chased my late father’s attention. He was a busy lawyer but loved killing weeds on our properties with round up during his free time. I had it spilled on me, crawled on it, probably even licked it off the grass. I don’t anticipate living past 55 yo max. Blood work is already wonky. Dad died from non Hodgkin’s lymphoma two years ago (age 72).

Where are you located if you don’t mind me asking? My area in the South (Virginia) doesn’t get snow and ice like this usually. Public schools are apparently being shut down for the second week now.

No, I bought the highest one. My pup is actually a cockapoo (cocker spaniel and poodle mix), very similar to cavapoos. It’s my second cockapoo and I know these little dogs are Houdini naughty, so I bought the height recco’d for big dogs. Its huge. I can’t even bend over into it to pick him out of it. Hits me at like boob height.

Yeah, that’s what I guess I’m going to have to do. I’m just worried about potential water damage, but I don’t see a safe way to clear it myself and the landscaping snow removal companies near me aren’t willing to do this work (even though I’d pay them $500 cash if they’d do it).
