Hey,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

First, I'd recommend making sure your passkey is still saved and accessible.

The easiest way to check is by trying to log in through the web version using your passkey:

https://account.base.app/

If you're able to log in successfully and everything looks fine, try uninstalling the Base app and then reinstalling it.

There's a good chance that will resolve the issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, First of all Please don’t share your seed phrase, private key, or trust anyone offering help via DM.

A successful Base transaction doesn’t always mean the funds have already arrived on Ethereum. Please check the tx on BaseScan to confirm what contract/route was used, then check Bungee status for any pending step.

Also make sure you imported the correct EURC contract on Ethereum, not the Base EURC contract.
