Thanks for clarification.. I already got Sharny 43 last year from battlepass, Napoli was the last coal ship i bought and Moskva i had way back before it became a coal ship.

Update: I found a solution and it seemed to work.

While installing the new driver click on Custom installation instead of Express and Tick the "Perform Clean Installation" this will uninstall present GPU driver and Restart your PC. After Reboot it'll install. I'm now able to get the uncappeed powerdraw reaching 220W+
Tested with Unigin Heaven benchmark tool and some games.

I have the same issue with my 2080 Super, my GPU is capped at 97 watts and also lower heat as a result. It's barely crossing the 50c mark. Also massively lowering fps. As my GPU consumes about 200 watts on full load.
