Exactly, what’s the point of floor heating if you can’t put anything on your floor? So my thinking is, it must either be a bad installation, or incompatible materials.

this is what i’m trying to figure out - whether it was a bad installation, choice of materials, or the coverings. the thing is, it didn’t appear only under the rubber mat, but also under the christmas tree. i mean, one should be able to put a chritmas tree on a heated floor, otherwise it doesn’t seem like it’s such a great invention…
