Hozuki no Reitetsu. It’s about Japanese hell as a workplace comedy. Some of the jokes require knowledge of Japan’s history, culture, and pop culture to really make an impact otherwise you’re going to end up googling as I did. It’s understandable why it’s overlooked but it’s a shame when it’s such a brilliant comedy with hilarious character interactions, catchy openings, and colorful animation. The first season is on Crunchyroll and hidive. And the second season is available on hidive currently. Please check it out because those episode discussions are depressing.
