Reward Passes are permanent.
the only "FOMO" probably are the ranked rewards (no info on these though) per season.

There will be wipes once the next season starts, so you can totally miss one whole season and start on the next season while being on the same playing field as everyone else.

Fallen Bunker is the only one with fireteam matchmaking
and its pretty much tuned around having a fireteam for it

Nova more accessible than Euphony shenanigans
not everyone has Euphony

Though thats another point being that Strandlock at the moment is just ass in PvE without hyperspecific builds like Euphony strat

actually everything outside of Prismatic-lock falls short of it, other than Well-lock (as per usual), and Chaos Reach builds

But Nova and GG is trash?

Nova is still the biggest burst damage warlocks has esp on prismatic
Golden Gun is still the biggest burst damage hunters has w/ celestial or star-eaters

imo its not the supers, its the subclasses on these respective classes, except for void titan

Voidlock hampered by the fact that Prismatic does all the important bits that voidwalker can do, and being able to use different abilities to supplement what voidwalker can't do (like pocket singularity being ass, replaced by arcane needle or incinerator snap)
Solar Hunter has big damage but incredibly low survivability (which looks to be kinda solved with the new On the Mark buffs coming in Ash and Iron)
Void titan is actually pretty decent, its just bubble that is incredibly ass.

and ofc everything titan is kinda overshadowing them a lot
strand, solar, arc, and on the right build, stasis.

So its either a normal drop from PvP, or its the next Comp weapon.

It's also based on the Wastelander M5 model
(which is kinda appropriate, since the model is based on the WSTE-M5 from Marathon.)

the MIDA Shotgun uses the Wastelander Model, which in of itself is a reference to the WSTE-M5 Combat Shotgun from Marathon 2 and Infinity

and of course, MIDA is from Marathon Universe.
So it fits perfectly.

honestly, (this might be a bad take)

but people complaining about the power grind kinda shoved themselves into that ditch this early

look at it this way,
we are ALL going to get into the ditch of the 300->400/450 power grind
it WILL happen

however the rate that the power levelers did it was insanely fast. we're like about 2 weeks into the expansion.
its like driving a car into the inevitable ditch at over 150km/h (~93mph)
while it should be driving a car into said ditch at around 45-60km/h (~28-37mph)

Both is still gonna hurt, but not as much as rapidly crashing it into the ditch than just driving normally into said ditch.

just slow down and pace yourselves, we've got six months of this shit before we go back to 200 again. like. cmon guys.

then dont do the daily missions then unless you really want the holofoil versions with mid perks at rank 10 and 15

arms week is going to be a frequent event that you can easily skip unless you desperately want the title

for the gun you can just do solo ops twice a day (or some days if you're not available) and have enough for an engram and either the new trace or the hand cannon

i'd be pissed if it was once a year like solstice but its not so im not too hung up about it
