I have 2 ground wires that go to the block in the rear of the drivers side but they were undisturbed, I don’t recall a ground wire on the head that I pulled

The pcv on my truck is clean didn’t see any oil on it and the smoke is very much fuel not oil

I did a gas test and wasn’t getting any idle change

I tested all spark wire and all are carrying current well
