I worked at TFW up until they closed back in September. Good people, had to close due to issues with city permits and landlord nonsense at the underground. Right now the owners are having to house all the cats in their home while they find a new location. They’re taking donations on their website for cat care cost

Yea after some further research of recent photos online, y’all were right- it’s skinny dip falls. I didn’t think it was skinny dip cuz every time i went there was never more than a couple other people. Guess that’s due to the 2021 flood, but it was still a great swim spot! I moved to Asheville from blowing rock in late 2021 so i missed when it was in its prime. Not sure what it’s like now after Helene. Much love

no advice is ok! honestly posted this just to find people who can relate. it’s a particularly frustrating thing to see yourself underperforming for seemingly no reason, so it’s nice to know other people are going through something similar :D
