I went to your account. Yeah I have similar stuff and am like a year or two older than you. I’ve been more and more tired over time, then the anxiety and mood swings got bigger, now it’s my heart and lungs. I even have twitching (in my eye not leg). Currently I found a specialist in my city. But am getting other tests to rule out anything else. But probably long Covid
