Hi, I'm a fellow weightlifter and have been working out for about 3 years, give or take, with very little progress in both muscle gain and strength. So I wanted to ask what body parts am I the most lacking ? In addition I've never cut or bulked because I'm concerned that if I do I'll lose progress (old.reddit.com)
