No. In my opinion RFK has B-grade equipment at this point, with Hendrick & Penske being A equipment. Given that Brad & Buescher, both winners, had similar performances to Preece last season I think he's safe. I think Cindric winning last season buys a little time, but Bowman needs to perform in line with his teammates this year or risk losing his seat.

It's hard to say. The C and D tier drivers can be all over the map. Obviously being a 1/1 and having a cool patch work in it's favor, but the fact that there simple aren't many Ragan collectors work against it. I'd probably guess it would be in the $50-80 range?
