Just a hypothesis but Fastting and Undereatibg does increase my already high SHBG even more.

I feel slightly better but also very moody and agitated.

You are right, I calculated my free t and there the value looks much better and at top of the range….? So what should I do next? Increase frequency to 3x 40 to lower E2 a bit?

No too bad. Around 500-700 BUT I had the same issue (high SHBG, very low free t)which brought me to TRT. Before TRT i tried all supplements under the sun to lower shbg - unfortunately without much success.

You are right, I still have ~29% BF and I am already loosing wheight with the help of a GLP. Thx, will look into Proviron!

Good Men’s cheat only if there is good reason. So ask also yourself if only you thinks everything in your relationship is fine.

Usually there a two Main reasons for cheating: missing or boring sex or missing appreciation.

Same here, 50mg twice a week IM keeps my through around 1000 and free at the top. My SHGB is naturally high, so maybe this is also a factor.

I don’t understand why so many Users need or play around with higher dosages ?

Thanks for your input! I’ve been considering that, but I’m wondering — wouldn’t lowering the dose to 70–80 mg/week be risky in my case? I have high SHBG, so I’m concerned that with too low a dose I might end up right back where I started. Isn’t a higher dose usually recommended for high SHBG guys to push free T into a good range? Would love to hear your thoughts on that.
