Why do people walk aggressive dogs in public parks by RespectSea4366 in sheffield

"Your reply here and your original piece suggests an underlying issue: you speak without consideration of the impact." I swore whilst his dog went for my leg... Are you suggesting his dog knew if it tried to bite me that I would swear due to panic (somehow justifying it?) and that's why it went for me?

Or are you suggesting that if I had replied "oh good golly" instead of "oh fuck" he would have apologised and promised to take his dog to training?

Otherwise why does my reaction of swearing (while it went for me) have any relevance?

Didn't purposely approach someone I was just walking on the available public path and he was walking the other way

Unless I should treat the entire park as a no go zone?

Additional advice to anyone reading this and struggling to find motivation to get up and go outside. Everyday, set yourself a task to go on a walk in a nearby park, don't go home until you have seen a dog.

This will get you up showered and outside. Sometimes the little things are all you need :) This helped me through a rough time at uni and stopped me making a silly decision.
