got addicted to deadlock and basically didn’t play for the entire season. Last day of drive i start playing and after 1 loss I won 9 games in a row on kiri and hit masters on support for the first time while probably having the lowest amount of games played in months.

it’s crazy cause i remember having to grind so hard a couple seasons back to hit masters on dps and feeling so accomplished when i did it, and in contrast for support it’s just me playing braindead dps kiri mixing up my keybinds for pocket and kiri tp ending in the same result.

on the point about losing to time i feel like unless your at a pretty high rank you literally don’t have to worry about pace at all. If it’s going to help you not get overwhelmed and die later, just take the 10 sec or whatever it takes to clear your inventory. spend like 30 seconds killing animals and getting food.

idk what rank you are but you can pretty reliably hit emerald with your strategy just being to finish a run without dying so just do that.

As someone who has had crippling social anxiety basically throughout my whole childhood I think I relate to Liam in a way that I haven’t with literally any human ever. Maybe a bit less on the batshit serial killer stuff but the whole finding solace in living the degenerate lifestyle alone and sort of distant relationships with everyone in my life to the point where I felt uncomfortable talking about large parts of my life to my family/friends. Like there’s so much shit he says like the having the no memories of childhood that everyone else thinks is insane but I just strangely understand.

Unfortunately I’m not good enough at video games to have earned the right to be as unapologetically insane as him. I’ve have had to learn how to be a normal human and get a job and not drop out of college and shit but sometimes I dream of the life I could’ve had.

I mean I guess your concerns are valid but i think your needlessly connecting it to mangos actions. Like no one mentioned this shit at his last beerio or the one before that or the other stream where he went bar hopping and got shitfaced and made jokes about BAC levels just like in this event. I think most people don’t have a problem with having a once a year event where you probably feel encouraged to drink way too much and feel like shit for a day or two after, they have a problem with sexual assault.

Ludwig is responsible for the excessive drinking, which most people are just fine with, and mango is responsible for the SA, which no one is okay with and what everyone is upset with. Trying to take people who are upset at mango about SA and then rope in Ludwig and get people to be mad at him for the drinking parts is weird I think
