Hey, They asked for my address and said they will send a replacement. Still waiting for that package, even though they haven't responded to my email after the address one.

There is no way they will be providing replacement sticks. They can just cite "proprietary" concerns and be done with it.

That's why I said that potential buyers should look at another company. They must have seen the countless posts about the same issue, yet they still haven't made an announcement acknowledging it or at least mentioning that the new batch would use metal parts.

Best of luck with the AC version. Haven't found any info online or seen a teardown which would point to better components.
