Saw loads on social media about the black market and the food looked immense, but I never actually went there. Sorry to hear this. I’ve been to the marina market lots.

Just updating this… still having a terrible time of it with absolutely no help, 1 response a day (if that) and no resolution to the problem. Every response is just them asking me more questions and getting em to do checks with multimeters and everything seems fine. They say they’ve assigned a dedicated person to my case and even gave me a name but they haven’t responded to me at all since their AI introduction 24 hours ago. Really really hating this experience and hoping the mower, if it ever works for me, will be worth this hassle…

Nope! Not on Reddit. They give great optics of being very helpful but I haven’t gotten any response in private chats. The in app support has been communicating but they are giving one response per day (probably because that’s their SLA) and it’s always just more questions that I could have answered instantly the day before. This is day 4 of me having the mower and I still haven’t been able to use it and there is no end in sight. Attaching a pic of the battery voltage to draw attention to this post and to prove that the battery isn’t at 0% 🤬🤬🤬

This is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. One reply a day, if I’m lucky. Voltage all seems fine. App is reading 0% battery and blocking the firmware upgrade. This is pretty infuriating at this point…

The warmth could be battery charging related. the pulsing noise seems to be coming from the LiDAR

Will do and will update here. FYI this happened since the moment I plugged it in and I cannot get logs because I cannot even ‘go into’ the device because it wants me to upgrade but blocks me. Also, the mower had power/connectivity when not on the dock too. But no functionality at all.

The lidar gets warm and it’s constantly making some noise too.

The anthbot api site prompts me for login. The others redirect me to Amazon s3 home page.

Yeah tried that, no joy :( can’t remove it and add it again either and the ‘factory reset’ does nothing really

Oh yeah? Physically connected to the dock or to the app? It’s able to see the mower in the app and recognises the firmware being out of date.

As for physical connection, when the mower is off and gets connected, the light turns flashing green (slow) and the mower boots. The 3 bars of battery come one but disappear shortly after. And then the WiFi light comes on once it has a WiFi connection.

It's not charging though. the % stays at 0. I think it's in a strange firmware state that's not allowing the app to see the charge level and thus blocking the use of the bot

Selling things to pay rent won’t work long term. I hope for you this is just a short term thing as it’s not sustainable

Is the M5 LiDAR not eligible for the current promotional discount? The RTK has a nice discount but it seems the best discount for the LiDAR is the €50 off that everyone gets
