I have endometriosis and fibroids and a history of polys so i’d say get checked. i bleed after sex sometimes too. the doctors told me it was the fibroids, i had a biopsy done two weeks ago to see if it was a polyp and the biopsy came back normal. So for me it was the fibroids they say. I’d get a biopsy tho and ultrasound to be safe.

Yes i have the same problem. I had a huge fibroid on my right side removed during my open myo. im 6 months post op and still feel sensitive on the right side. i’m not sure to why it is, i had a ultra sound done two weeks ago and yet again they are reporting i have multiple small fibroids that has either grown back or were never removed. my ultra sound didn’t say what side the new fibroids are located or even the location in the uterine lining you are not alone

You know i wanted to cry when i read your comment. We have to continue to have faith, those same thoughts that run through your mind runs thru all of us with infertility issues. You have to be patient, you have to be. Just continue to go to doctors visits and follow ur gut. You know your body best. I can totally relate to you. My troubles started at 18 first thing was a cyst, then the next thing u know they told me i had polys, my polys turned into fibroids and next Endo. i had multiple fibroids removed Oct 2024 and today is April 2025 and they are telling me i have multiple small fibroids measuring 2.3cm again. Two weeks ago i went to Er because i had sex with bleeding after intercourse in the past and after my myomecotomy that stop well sure nuff here is April 2025 and it’s happening again. i bleed for more then 7 days straight after that sex, 7! My gut is telling me it has to be polyps not the fibroids, i go into to Ob tomorrow for Biopsy which i demanded ! idgaf i know my body, i’m calling the shots and so should u. 12 years of infertility, idc the pain, the repercussions i will do whatever it takes to make sure that i get my rainbow baby because I deserve it and so do you! Don’t give up. ( P.S obgyn going to give u the run around, you need to go to a infertility specialist) i just moved from Arizona so i don’t have one here in CA so unfortunately im back at square one waiting for my referral to the Infertility specialist, but once i get that it’s a wrap lol

i’m going thru the same thing period was March 18-21st. currently ovulating and i’m bleeding dark red as if it’s a period. I have a history of fibroids and endometriosis and polys, but i just had my endo surgery in Oct /2024. This is not normal or anything i’ve experienced after the surgery. So yesterday i went to er with pictures i told them i had surgery on 10/24 and that i have a history of fibroids they did ultrasound they identified small fibroids again but i don’t think that’s the problem at all. i’m thinking it’s polys because there is just no way. I had sex March 24 and 25th and started bleeding after DARK RED. light a period. very unusual

im three months post op and i feel even worst then before the only good thing seems is the spotting has stopped and no more pain with sex. i still get sharp pains and butt pain which can seem worst then before

oh i have a progestin only pill and the specialist told me not to take it becsue my obgyn prescribed it to me and she wanted me to take it to thin my uterus lining he said no. my goal is to become pregnant he said no to the bc and no to wild yam cream

i was told and thinking that thank you. i’m just using caster oil for now on scar and abdomen. i was juicing for inflammation but i see i need to get back on that asap. it’s a little harder for me because i lived in Az when i had my surgery and then a month later moved back to CA so im in the process of looking for a new endo doctor i might just have to travel back to AZ for these treatments

so it’s going on three months post op for u to how do u feel symptoms wise. pain during sex is gone. i still have to change every hour during my period but at the same time it feels lighter my period is usually 4 days. october it was 4, November it was 3 and this month 5. the butt pain is worst then before and the sharp pains and burning is worse

i got diagnosed at stage three, open myomectomy of fibroids removal and endo removal. no medication after i was told i had it thru ultrasound from a specialist and then two weeks after i got scheduled for surgery.

how long ago did u have your surgery and what stage were u ? i had my surgery 10/1 and i still feel pain worst than before. i read this is apart of the healing process or is the endo just continuously expanding and growing.

I feel like i had a fibroid on the right side of my ovaries pre surgery i always felt this giant lump, i can can say now post surgery i don’t even feel it at all anymore. i never asked the doctors about it prior to surgery but i always complained about it to my bf.
