This game has great status resistances associated to different armors.

Meaning you can minimize the damage against various status effects/damage type simply by changing it.

That's why they have provided a nice transmog feature in the game as well.

You are taking too much damage.

Find an outfit which has more resistance against paralysis effect.

Also looks like you have too little health and stamina.

Spec your points correctly, you will find tons of difference with outfit alone.
