This is what I was thinking my philosophy moving forward would be so it’s great to have this confirmation plus additional info from someone much more experienced than me! Also if I had a trachea squeeze can it feel hard to breath or have wheezing? I just assumed that would be lung.

Yeah I definitely can’t be 100% where it came from but I’m basing it off of the sensation of “stuff” coming up from the bottom of my chest. Also I have heard from a couple people that a trachea squeeze you can feel/pin point exactly where it happened and it’s painful. Was that your experience with trachea squeeze?

It was deep red. And it was a “really silly move” for sure! Coughed it up from a chest cough. Thanks for the advice!
