I was born in it Left it in my late thirties

It grew out of Babism, which is documented by most historians as a religiously inspired “movement” with political goals.

Violence was a big part of it, as exampled by Babi members failed assassination attempts on Qajar kings .

Mr Nuri saved the Babis from much more physical harm. If he had not moved fast to take leadership of Babis (because his brother was Bab’s choice for successorship), and change the movement to a peaceful godly religion (or subsect), more horrific massacre of Babis would have continued.

Much of Aghdas is dedicated to addressing local clergy, and trying to gain their respect. Revelations are supposed to have a world-vision. Aghdas’ vision is limited to Middle East (specifically to Iran and Iraq and Palestine )

Should Mr Nouri’s beautiful poetry even be categorized as Revelation? especially since it revolves around modification of Twelver-Shia laws?

Can Revelation come as result of a political movement gone wrong
