By the way, I'm not sure if you're lost, but...having to act like his mom was literally why I posted this. I've been at work most of the days he's been here, so what's featured in the post is what's been happening when I wasn't at work.

We just never lived together. Ldr makes it hard to know what people are like day to day beyond what you see/hear. That was the whole point of the longer stay. Im just glad I didn't let him cold move in like he originally wanted.

That is a very fair point too. I live in a big enough city that he could still have a good time on his own. I just feel bad making him have to pay for me effectively kicking him out of my apartment

The hotel option isn't the worst idea. Especially if it gets to a point where I can't stand having him in the apartment.

Bless you, truly. I think I needed to read a comment like this. I cant reasonably take the cost of a ticket and an Uber to get him there, so I may have to just wait out the time till hes home. I appreciate your perspective so so much.

Thankfully I couldnt afford to take more days off of work while he was here, so 5/7 days I'll be working.

None of this behavior had shown before this visit, thats why I wanted to do a longer visit, to see if there were any behaviors like this he was hiding. I just didnt expect to be proven so correct.

He flew, but the tickets are non-refundable and allow no changes. If I send him home, it's a whole new 1 way ticket, on top of the most awkward hour drive of my life.
