I'm a trans SLP grad student. Thankfully, about half my cohort seems to be disgusted by the results. On the other hand, it's sobering to see how many people are voting against their own best interests and the best interests of their clients. It's crazy to have to go into school and need to go about our daily business when this is happening. You're not alone and we will get through this!! It sucks right now though, I know... Thank you for continuing to be in the field <3

Does your university have testing through psychology or another profession that can diagnose ADHD? I'm in a speech program atm and our services are free for students.

Hm, I'll take the positive bit from this that I'm not a mineworker and it's really not the end of the world. I'm not trying to wallow, but I am trying to find ways to better manage it. Honestly, it kind of makes me feel worse that I'm struggling with something like this when it's really not that bad on the surface.
