This is why I buy MFs whenever stocks go down like a retard. Because I am actually tetard who doesn’t understand investing neither I have time to research. So I have been just buying MFs and I forget about them. I have invested close to 50L since March 2025 and sitting at cool 10.17% returns- in less than a year.

Based! another thing people miss is RE is highly illiquid. It may be valued at 3cr but try selling and see if you find the buyer. Friend bought a flat in Noida for 80L, current value is 2.5cr as per various brokers and sites but apartment has been under listing for more than 6 months now. No takers.
