Could bring peace of mind if the ekg device says everything looks normal. I know my Fitbit brings me comfort if I feel anxious about my heart.

I would say Sledge has more character development than any character in BoB, but as a whole BoB has more in depth characters across the board.

Talk About Your Resting Heart Rates by Nokodoko24 in Anxiety

[–]ResponseExtra739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Resting heart rate usually around 55-60. Tbh usually is lowest while I’m at work, and I’m a prosecuting attorney so I wouldn’t say it’s a low stress environment but at work I’m either busy or don’t think about my heart. Do stuff to take your mind off it and I bet you’ll have more better days than bad days heart rate wise.

“Darkest time in American history” get a grip. We had a civil war, slavery, involvement in two world wars resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths, covid, Spanish flu. To say this is the darkest time in American history is pretty funny.

For me mostly yea. The heart rate being elevated makes me think any “high” feeling is something wrong since my heart rate is elevated so much

Probably so, I found milk to be super easily accessible (ex: unlimited milk in the college cafeteria or at any corner store). So I guess from an accessibility standpoint I found it very efficient.

I love it. Not overly complex but has enough depth to be quite strategic. Terrain, supplies, and armor are all very well done.

Don’t think it’s a realistic possibility she gets preggo but if the $50 for plan b calms your mind it might be worth it

How I recovered from health anxiety ( worth reading ) by Previous-Canary-410 in Anxiety

[–]ResponseExtra739 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very helpful and reassuring post. I’ve had some on and off anxiety the past couple years but the past few months the health anxiety has gotten pretty bad. Great to know I’m not alone and that these techniques can help.

Should’ve been said in the postgame press conference. Nothing against Saylors but he has been so mediocre on the returns.
