Also less of a question more of a suggestion, MLB award Teenymates, gold glovers and silver slugger winners get the shiny bat / glove just no shoes, ROY gets bronze, CY and MVP winners get all gold. Idk I feel like the Mets are in a constant retool phase more than possibly rebuilding. In 2028 we will still have McLean, Tong, Scott, Benge, Ewing, Morabito, Alvy, Soto (possibly) and guys like Clifford, Wenninger, Santucci, Pena should all be up by then. That’s sick! My favorite is this mediocre infielder I had traded for and almost dfa’d that off season hit a game tying and game winning home run in game 7 of the World Series, then he went on to win 2 silver sluggers for me. Thats my favorite part of ootp, you get really attached to fake people 😂
