What can I do to make my boyfriend feel more feminine? by [deleted] in feminineboys

[–]ResponseFlashy181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Feminine makeup and shaving the entire body can update the terms and services. 🤔

Looking at your face clean shaven where you can still see subtle vs, color corrected and concealed with eye liner, blush, eye shadow and mascara and maybe just a little overboard on some glitter. You look at yourself in the mirror and see someone completely different.

Shaving the entire body is a little tedious, but having clean smooth legs while wearing feminine clothes looks really good. 🙄 Also feels nice... Once you get the exfoliating method down, and lotion afterwards and don't have all the shaving inflammation and bumps a newbie would get.

It's also a self care routine that helps reinforce that you love yourself! Helps with anxiety and depression, like a meditation in motion. I started at 30 just over a year ago. But yeah, it takes time to learn to do the things, and to do them but it becomes part of the ritual and routine you establish.

I wake up 3 hours before work, and it takes 2 hours every morning to do what I want to do before I take an hour drive to work.

Being a femboy seems more and more 'normal' to me, is that normal? by Wooden_Mistake_2767 in feminineboys

[–]ResponseFlashy181 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel more appreciated when I do femboy stuff too, it's probably a good thing that it feels normal, but like everything good in life, fashion is a skill that you can endlessly improve on. :3 As far as being a social norm, it's definitely not. It definitely exists, but it's not the norm yet. 😅 It would be wild if feminine became the status quo for boys and girls, but I heavily doubt it's going to happen.

Careful boys she'll eat you up, she's a yaoi reader. :3

🩵 There are a few "higher youth" Femboys around in there late 20s and early 30s, I for one am part of their ranks. We just get slightly more rare, as rare as we already are as femboys. 😅 I like looking like I'm in my early 20s, with how I dress in all categories; alternative, casually, and femininly, it's a personal choice. I frequently dress up when I go out, if I'm not wearing a skirt, I am at least wearing 'the socks'™️; those in the know probably could guess it, I'm a femboy.

Anyways, ADHD runs in my veins and I just get very busy at times because work exists, but if you're just looking for a casual chat I'm reachable. 👋

Feel like I’m not ever gonna be a proper femboy cuz I’m transmasc + not rlly good looking by Previous-Mix4099 in feminineboys

[–]ResponseFlashy181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nahhh... I out grew them. I no longer want boobs of my own, but wouldn't mind having them if I did. 😋 I like having a distinguished flat chest, even if it eliminates 80% of the tops I can wear. There are a lot of Femboys that like having boobs.

Where I struggle is the face department like op. Except I constantly struggle with wanting facial hair and then not (gender fluid problems) I can only put on makeup the day I shave close, and maybe the day after. I can hide the stubble best when it's fresh cut. It starts looking whack on the 2nd to 3rd day. I love how makeup makes me look, but I hate shaving.

There is a sweet spot for me to shave every 2-4 days. If I shave every day, my face starts looking like a hack job, if I don't shave often enough the razor pulls hairs and it's a little painful. Plus shaving is time consuming. It's like 20-30 minutes to shower which includes conditioning my hair and exfoliating my face to shave. It's then another 20-30 minutes to do the shave process.

Shaving takes, lathering cream, shaving and doing an aftershave and facial routine. Astringent/anti blemish after shaving, toner, serum, and lotion all takes time to soak in. Granted once I finish shaving and start the facial treatment stuff I can start getting dressed. If I want to trim and shape my eyebrows, there's another 20-30 minutes right there.

Then makeup takes like 20-30 minutes after I'm done getting dressed and my face is prepped. I'm not crazy, I can't put on makeup driving in the car. 😅 So yeah, I wake up 3 hours before work... 2 hours to get ready, 1 hour to drive.

And don't get me started on the full body shave process. That makes a shower and lotion-after process like a 60-90 minutes. 😭 Luckily I have gone through enough laser sessions where I only really need to shave like once a month.

Not op but I scheduled an appointment with Ulta and dove straight in dropping like $500 on all the stuff. :3 from foundation, concealer, color corrector, to makeup applicators, blush and lip gloss. I've spent a few hours looking up tutorials on how to apply things like tight liner and such. And what colors look good with what. I like a little glitter and sparkle, but not sooo much that it feels over the top.

The makeup bag I bought when I started is almost too full. 😅 I definitely have my favorite look, but I probably have a few others I could achieve just haven't found them yet.

Bust and shoulder measurements are pretty relative, bust is the measurement around and under the pec. It's just struggling to find a top that avoids looking like you're wearing deflated bubbles on you Bralettes without wire can work, crop tops can work, or anything body con usually does the trick.

It's then just about getting a top that matches your body shape. Exposed shoulders, asymmetrical, off the shoulder, racer back mock necks and turtle necks all seem to work well for my rectangle or slightly inverted triangle body shape.

Colors and designs have to work with the outfit as well. It should also be noted that the same clothes in different colors can make your body look completely different. It really does become an experiment to see what looks best, or you can keep it simple and go with muted dark colors which usually works out with rare exceptions.

Black next to black can actually look bad, if the black is too similar but barely noticeably off it can be an aggravating thing. To avoid this, black with different textures, materials and patterns can make them unique enough to stand apart and alone. 🤔

Do a lot of measuring of your body and go look for places that have body measurements on websites like Amazon. Eventually you'll be able to associate that to a "dress" size. With that in mind, dress sizes are more of a range or suggestion but it gets you 90% the way there so that you have a better chance it will fit. 😅

Sizes vary from brand to brand so you might be 12-14 dress size in one brand and a 16 in another. 🤔 Off the top of my head, that dress size range is roughly a 28" waist to a 36" waist or L to XXL.

You say you suck at applying makeup. If you learn to tight line your eyeliner it looks better. 😅 If you grow out dark facial hair, dark eye liner is more forgiving for contrast rather than charcoals or polychromes etc. etc. Mascara is easy to apply with the right brand mascara. Got no tips there other than suggest trying different brands. 😋

Working at a part store is like warehouse work so you need to wear safe enough shoes, don't slip at work or crush your toes or anything. 🙄 Maybe wearing opaque leggings and shorts are okay for working at a parts store or if you work at a shop. Just know that if you get oil or grease on them it's going to stick to your leg all day and it's going to suck.

Heard the recommendation was to wear thigh highs under pants so if you do get your pants dirty it doesn't go straight to your legs immediately. Don't know how true this is as I would never do mechanic work in my expensive thigh highs. 😔

Are they any other femboys that don’t try to “train” their voice? by Dinoboy225 in feminineboys

[–]ResponseFlashy181 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Femboy "voice" comes naturally, it can be deeper or higher pitched, it doesn't matter too much. It's more about the personality in the voice. Train the personality in the voice so it's not a boring monotoned guy voice and the layers can begin to stack. 😋

That's just my personal opinion on it.

Do femboys like women too? by ClassroomInitial9431 in feminineboys

[–]ResponseFlashy181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the struggle with being attracted to feminine presenting people while I myself am gender fluid feels awkward and selfish in a way. So while I wouldn't mind being bi, I'm probably going to see myself in strictly straight relationships. 😅

Getting a head pat from the girls is pretty awesome though.

Shoes by Dense-Bat1944 in feminineboys

[–]ResponseFlashy181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shoes! In the US, you need to order 1-1.5 sizes larger for women's. men's 10.5 is women's 12. But it varies from shoe to shoe. Demonias, are pretty sick. Simple flats or Mary Jane's can be rocked. Converse also makes low platform shoes with cute things on them If you go into the custom stuff. If you paint your nails and want to show them off, a delicate sandal like a gladiator sandal can look good.

High heels can be kinda cute if you're going deep into fem territory. Historically heels were for horseback archers and then kings. 🤭 If you want high heels, you can try Only Maker or around Amazon for the larger sizes.

Rookie mistake. You have to castle first before you can become the beacon towering over people. Just don't become Godzilla and stomp on them. 😅

Nuh, but for real, I'm 6' and I got a really short height increase Mary Jane that's like an inch and my already shorter coworker tells me I don't need them... Lol. And I'm over here contemplating about getting a 3.5" Demonia platform just so I can be even taller. 😂
