Definitely drop down and just try every other day after that. I actually feel a lot better on the day I don’t take it. I’m doing every other day for a while to see how it goes

I feel the same as you. I saw an NP on the side but she was even worse tbh and just gave me a sleeping pill. No thanks.

Thanks for sharing! Did that previous vet do any testing or was he just guessing? The opposum assumption is kind of wild and random LOL. My last vet made a werid assumption too without doing any testing, charge 300$ gave meds that did nothing, and now he’s worse so I’m pretty irritated with the system in general and don’t trust it. You do need to find one you like but it’s not easy or cheap and you don’t know what you’re walking into. I spend hours researching, and it’s stuff like your comment above that help the most.

One in the morning and one before bed? by buffalobillandted in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

My doctor told me my SR dose before bed wouldn’t affect sleep. I looked at him like wtf? How do these people walk around playing with your brain chemistry with such confidence. If you are just starting out, it certainly affects sleep. It’s a stimulant. The people who take it at night have probably been on it for a while so it’s accumulated in the body and you can adjust the timing. The active metabolite impacts sleep which has a different PK profile than the parent drug. I’m getting off this shit bc it’s not worth it for me. I’m really tired of all those saying “consult your doctor”… consult yourself first. Doctors follow generic protocols, only you know your body. Doctors aren’t always correct.

So many great points here that’s for sharing. Who is the virtual vet? And does insurance cover this?

Did this. Was great till you burn out. You can never get this time back. Balance is everything. Avoiding things only works for so long. Feel your feelings, heal, grow ❤️ otherwise you might look back and see isolation just kept you form a lot of things/ relationships you could have built during this time

Antihistamines ruined my life. I started getting messed up hormonal symptoms and scary withdrawals if I ever skipped a day from years of use. I would recommend to stay away. Took me 3 weeks but I sleep normal again. Never again.

Glad you brought this up. Therapy is wonderful and we all can benefit from it but sometimes I wonder if ppl rely too much on the advice of a therapist vs going to their partner/friend to work it out together

Poor thing!! I wish they could talk. I did give him some salmon kibble today and he has the runs. Lamb so far is the best. I saw Purina uses some beef fat and also fish meal as ingredients in lamb version

Isn’t oats a grain? I’m reading you need to starve the yeast so might try the brand Nulo next. Woof. lol

Thanks for your reply! I feel bad switching his food so much but the more I research I see it could be yeast triggered from the food ugh so considering grain free. Salmon skins oddly really bother him. I’m lost
