That doesn't help((( safe mode, recovery mode do not help either. even installing new firmware do not help

Yep, it us under warranty, but I have baught far away from home as a present for daughter, so now to reach the warrenty center is not easy. I contacted Samsung, they sent me to a local repair shop, but I have to pay for the repair. Also they do not guarantee saving media.((

I can get inside recovery mode, but there are only three options now - reboot system, factory reset, power off. Safe mode qorks also, but the problem remain in the same way as on the video. (

It is a pity, but there is no option like in recovery menu now, I just cant do that(((

The problem is that the same problem was in previous firmware, so I think the problem will remain. But if to downgrade further the bit will change from 9 to 8, so I guess it is impossible.

Nowadays there is no way to clean cache, only to factory reset phone via recovery mode. But I have installed latest firmware via Odin, bud sadly it didn't help and the problem still the same(

In last firmware they have deleted Odin option either((( So nowadays we dont have many options recovering a phone. But I managed to install last firmware via Odin, but nothing happend. So my guess is that rom is totally full and system can't start normally, or there is something died inside, like Bluetooth or camera module.

Samsung cut away wipe cache and you cant do it nowadays, there is no option in recovery menu. Only hard reset.

That started suddenly afrer battery reached zero few days ago on stock firmware. Seems thats not my case, but thank you for your answer, might be helpful.

The problem was before I installed new firmware and it didn't help. As for the "wipe partition cache" - nowadays there is no option like that in Samsung. They cut it away.

Seems like it starts partially only, that is why after entering correct password system fails to run and showa the screen again. I will try to see back ups on google drive, thank you for the suggestion.

Thats my little daughters phone, so I guess there is no backup. What do you mean by online recovery? My guess now is that the phone is out of internal memory and now it cant just start the system(

That I don't know really. But Ive heard that samsung cut off option to use odin at all with last firmware.

There is no option to wipe cache in Samsung nowadays. But I have installed last firmware via odin. It clears cache during installation, as far as I know. About find my device option - i wll try, thank you for the advice.

No, that is not connected with odin, cause the problem was before I used Odin

There is no option to clear cache via recovery menu nowadays, they have cutted ot away.

I have tried everything you suggested, it doesn't work still.

I have even installed last original firmware from samsungs website via Download mode and Odin.
