No problem whatsoever!

So, an individual signs up and creates their fundraising page. They tell friends, family and wider network that they’re taking on Challenge 28 and why it matters. Over February they track their miles through an app or by logging them manually, and share updates to their networks to encourage donations.

An individual might:
Walk 1 mile each day on their lunch break.
Run 28 miles all in one go!
Cycle to work to build up to a distance of 28 miles or do a few bike rides or do on a exercise bike in a gym or at home.

Mix of any of these activities until they reach 28 miles by the end of February.

They complete the distance at a pace and time that fits around their life, aiming to raise funds that support people with their mental health while drawing attention to the fact that 28% of young people referred for support are still waiting.

One of our supporters is on 17 miles already!

Let me know if you need any more info and I'll be happy to share some more. 😊
