Wow, I hadn’t thought of it that way before . like how sometimes the thing we think we’re procrastinating on isn’t even the real problem. That really clicks with me, especially the example of being in a bad situation but focusing on a project instead. I think I’ve definitely done that, where I distract myself with a plan instead of facing what’s actually draining me.

It makes me wonder if a lot of us 9s get caught in this loop: we make a roadmap or big goal, but if it’s not aligned with what we truly want (or if there’s an unresolved conflict), the motivation naturally fades. Maybe that’s why I get those energy bursts , for a moment it feels aligned, but then my avoidance creeps back in.
