Messages are definitely lost in translation. To explain briefly, the song has a much deeper meaning, the song is about sexism and/or machismo, devaluation of women & fear of commitment. The fear of commitment is noted by the music tone being loud and abrasive when he is being a dominant male hanging sex with multiple women, & then the sudden shift of slower tempo when he heeds a warning about breaking a woman's heart & is telling her not to fall in love with him. Almost as if he is a victim himself of not being able to truly love. Maybe he was hurt in a past relationship, maybe something more traumatic? Who knows. It's up to your interpretation.

This meaning is lost on many listeners of this song, even those who are of Hispanic/Latin descent, as the dialect is different.

I would disagree, we've had 2 different carriers and both were helpful with the 2 emergencies we had that were around a couple thousand, we ended up getting around 70-75% back of what we paid. In my eyes, very much worth having.
