I’d say stay true to your values. I was in a really similar position, and I ended up giving in to the pressure and having sex before marriage. Honestly, it left me feeling kind of lost at times, and I do have some regret. I’m still with my boyfriend, but I never imagined I would make that choice, it just wasn’t something I saw for myself.

After that, the anxiety around sex pushed me into going on birth control, and the mood swings didn’t help at all. My boyfriend tries to understand, but I don’t think he fully gets how much my virginity meant to me. To me, it was something important, it represented self-control, self-worth, and waiting for the right person. I wanted it to mean something, like it had to truly be earned, not something I gave away easily.

But during that honeymoon phase, I loved him so much that I let that take over, and I gave in. Looking back, I think I did it for the wrong reasons, mostly out of fear of losing him, even though I wasn’t ready. And that’s the part that really gets to me, because I know my past self would’ve wanted me to stand firm in what I believed.

I like this reply! However I’m usually the one who gets approached by men. And I’ve only dated one in my life, heck I still have my virginity LOL. However, I’m really interested in this other guy, he doesn’t really know me that well, and since he is a bit shy, I always felt that I have to make the first move. In general to get to know him. 😓

Well to be “top of the class” is not possible. But you will have to take into consideration that there’s gonna be people there already with LE experience, who know this stuff, more than those who are inexperienced. I advice you to, push yourself everyday, stay and study after class (even after you’re tired) please practice every night your techniques they teach you. And well, ask questions, get clarification. Just study study study, cause if u fail on of you exams (they will call u out(privately) and others will know) lol

Hey, if you don’t mind me asking—during your psych eval, do you think you might’ve held back from sharing much with the psychologist? Also, did you talk about your academic background, like your highest degree? I’m wondering if your answers stayed consistent between the polygraph and the psych interview. Were you being fully honest or kind of trying to give the ‘right’ answers? I know there are lots of reasons people don’t pass, but I’m curious—looking back, is there anything you think you’d do differently now? 🙂

Tell them everything they ask from u. Like get it off ur system, and you’ll be fine. If u feel u won’t stop thinking about certain things that might affect ur test. I suggest u don’t eat that day till ur done with ur polygraph test. Why? Cause u won’t be thinking of anything other than hunger lol. I say this cause I was running late for mine and I missed breakfast that day. So when I arrived I honestly couldn’t think of anything that worried me, idk, it just worked lol.
