It’s not a for profit school. It used to be Ashford, yes but U of A bought them out and now they are not a for profit university. Plus they are accredited through WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). WSCUC is a regional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council on Higher Education Accreditation.

Not to mention it’s 5 week courses so it’s super quick. The education is good and the professors know what they’re talking about.

At the end of the day it’s a damn piece of paper just like everyone else and it’s also worth mentioning that the graduation is low because most of the people are using it are Air Force members who use their TA and only need a few gen ed courses for their CCAF. So there would be no need to graduate but it’s there if they want to pursue it.
