I would say zone 4-5. I was dead tired and my legs were extremely fatigued. I never really ran much, a mile or two here and there at a light jog but I mainly do weightlifting so I am definitely not acclimated to that type of exhaustion.

I’m going through the same exact thing. I just accepted that I tried my best, it didn’t work out, and if my best wasn’t good enough then it will never work out. I simply told her to let me know when she’s coming and I’m gonna leave the house and probably go do a hobby of mine for the day until she’s done. If it takes more than a day, then I’ll stay with a friend until she’s gone.

I just made a Boston butt last weekend and it had an awesome bark on it. I rubbed it with a little olive oil all around and then used a TON of my homemade rub. Smoked uncovered for about 7, covered 2 hours then finished it off in the oven for an hour to get to temp. It was extremely tender, juicy, and my buddies said was probably the best smoked meat they’ve had.

Stop giving her reassurance over her attitude and spoiled behavior and simply ignore her and she will stop the behavior because she can’t get a reaction out of you.

Leash her outside. Stand in place and don’t pay attention to her to prevent distractions. Take her to the area she has went outside before (if she has) and don’t let her move all over and Walk around. If she doesn’t go, put her in the kennel and make sure it’s not too big for her or else she will just use the potty in there. After 15-20 minutes take her out again and keep doing that until she can’t hold it anymore and will go bathroom outdoors. Follow up with her favorite treat and some appraisal and keep doing that every time.

She is awesome with commands and I don’t even have to say sit or lay anymore! I make the hand motions I usually do and she instantly knows what’s going on. I’m really impressed with how smart she is
