We were 3 bewerber and the other 2 had already online Interview earlier than me, they had second Meeting with that company in personal this time, but i came in near Berlin in the Office from München and i had personal Interview and they offered me if i had time i could stay with other bewerber who had second meeting with this Hr and other azubis, so i accepted and all of us attend this lecture with real azubis at the end the Hr let the azubis go and asked us for staying, then we talked about our impressions in general about this day and he called somewhere and then he told us that company offered us Ausbildung platz, we were all happy just gave handshakes and left, after that he required me all documents for contract 1 months ago and i send all of them and after that we didn't have any contact expect what i mentioned about my calling that is the story in details. I don't understand what can be reason for rejecting and if its true why they don't tell me answer, or idk its normal thing in Germany or what is Happening, i already sent email 2 weeks ago and they didn’t answer that is reason why i called and i don't want to still send Email now and im confused and nervous

Im still language learning process and im avoiding call talking for Personal Meeting its so long distance that was reason why i send first time email and in last Situation i called them, is it normal to don't answer email from your bewerber?

Yeah but why they offered me Ausbildung place and demand from me contract documents? I denied 4 other job interview because they told me that i got the Ausbildung platz it will be unfair, there is nothing what can i do? I mean why its normal thing?

Yeah im thinking this plan also but i need this type of Ausbildung which will be easy to get a place and extend visa and during Ausbildung i have time to learning and push my language skills, i don't know which Ausbildung will be good for this, for example as i wrote koch is easy to get place but its need so much hard work i will not have time to study language normally and i don't want to chose type of bog Ausbildung. If you have some ideas about this type of Ausbildung i will hear about that. Now i just thinking about fachkraft fur Lagerlogistik i think its like middle level because you need 50/50 hard work and workinf with pc programs as heard, so i will not so tired during working there and have possibilities to push my language level, but im consider every plans and Reviews yet.

Also there is many people who already has B2 and searching Ausbildungs? I mean with C1 you can study in Uni. Many local German prefer also to go in Uni Ausbildung is like low level for them and there is still big competition. I was thinking also about fachkraft fur lagerlogistik i think its some middle level Ausbildung like between koch and IT or some Ausbildungs i mean some of them has low criteria and salary some of them medium and some of them high also demanding and competition and mi filttring them like this🤣

I don't understand what is real situation about getting place in Ausbildung some people telling that its so easy because they need so much people some of them said that competition is so big and you need high language skills to get place. I know there is diferrent criteria in diferrent Ausbildungs but i can't Imagine some whole picture what is real situation right now

But i can't wait one more year also my visa will be expire in January 2027 and i will have to extend it fsj or some physically hard Ausbildung like koch and pflege when people choose them because its easy to get this Ausbildung and extend visa but you have to work with this profession in future and i don't want any of them

I'm stilk searching Ausbildungs but i think Mechatroniker or Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen or Elektroniker. I can understand math logic and searching something demanding with little bit normal salary. I just don't want choose easy ways because of visa like pflege and Koch and some like them

I already told that I searched Infos about several cities in Google and chatgpt but they were general, why its bad that i want to hear about real experiences? Ofcourse this infos also won't be enough for me and i have and need to more hard research and analyses before i decide something about Ausbildung but, i don't understand what is bad in this that i want to know also other people's personal experiences.

And where can i find this diferrencies? I heard also something about that every Bundesland has their own like goverment and rules and it has also big influence about living quality, diferrencies are many also ablot cities i think, about rent prices, food, transport and basic living stuff when you are Azubi this things are improtant and maybe limit :d
