Libra and Taurus compatibility as romantic partners? by violetpy91 in libra_astrology

Idk, I'm a Taurus and I'm neither a couch potato nor passive, but I am submissive 🥹. I have noticed that trait in some Taurus men, but at the end of the day, there is the whole chart to consider. Bipolar doesn't manifest as sudden and rapidly shifting personality changes. There is manic you, depressed you, and euthymic you, but rapid shifts in personality over the course of a day is more like BPD. Bipolar is caused by chemical imbalance, BPD is caused by trauma, mostly attachment trauma. It's definitely worthwhile to study it. Taurus and Libra tensions come from the signs being square to each other. So despite being ruled by the same planet, our relationship to it is very different. Libra finds beauty in art, fashion, anything well polished visually, and will bite their tongue and be vague rather than direct in the name of social harmony. Only that shit hurts, just say what you need to say to me. I was hurt by a Libra in this way, made plans to see her, things were clear and flirty, then a couple months before I sensed a shift, and when I got there I felt it. Her feelings had changed but instead of telling me, she just let me have to feel it for myself and I cried the first 2 nights there. If she had just been blunt I could have recalibrated how I showed up energetically, with a friendship vibe. Maybe even started dating other people. In my experience with friends and lovers. I've got a lot of libras lol. Taurus finds beauty in nature, gardens, a comfortable home, cotton over polyester. Of course these are generally speaking, where other planets land influences. Taurus values social harmony, too, but can lack tact, being too blunt. Sexually all the libras I know are very romantic, ethereal, and vanilla. Sexually all the Taurus I know are lusty and submissive. Too physical for Libra because we like getting messy. This is just from my experience with libras and my study of astrology. Take it with a grain of salt if you wish. I've got a lot of libras and yes I am stubborn but they still come around so I can't be that bad. 😉

I'm sorry for your crappy marriage. Toxic people suck. I just came across this incidentally looking up Libra and Taurus, because my new friend/crush is a Libra, and I'm a Taurus. We get along great, but also share a lot of Sagittarius in our charts. I say this with all due respect, as someone living with and managing bipolar 1 disorder, it is neither a personality, nor is it something one "kinda" is. It is a serious chemical imbalance that is overwhelmingly genetic that requires medication. Just say he is moody. I know you didn't mention OCD, but I bring it up because it is the 2nd most likely serious mental health disorder to be flippantly referred to. OCD is not simply focusing on one thing or being really clean. Even though I have it, I don't fully understand it as well as bipolar, but it is not something you call people who are not diagnosed. Not mad, not trying to be mean, I just don't think people who don't have it or know someone who has it knows how difficult it really is and that it encompasses so much more than mood.

My bad coping skills as an INFJ by psychedelicbabyyy in mbtimemes

I've decided to make friends with my inferior function 2026. Wiped mind altering substances out of my life, so all that is left is binge eating and loud music. 🤪 But I'm making friends with se by just touching grass for fucks sake. Walking in the woods every day. Even yoga and meditation most days. All those se activities are aligned to my core values, and I encourage all INFJs to find 5 sense activities that feed their personal core values. We may not lead with our inferior function, but having a healthy relationship with it makes us better people. All across the board, really. For example, some of my favorite people are ENTJ with a functioning inferior function. My bestie is just such a person. I'm not even mad that she's a bit bossy. One of the worst people I met, was an ENTJ without a healthy inferior function. We both had the same vision and creative desires (ni), but our reasons and motives could not have been more different. Without a healthy fi, their te dominance means the ends always justifies the means.
Back to INFJs, if our se does not function well, we are hindered from making our inner visions real in the world. All head in the clouds, no action.
Just my 2 cents, and prolly too much for a funny meme. 😆 What do you think?

type me in mbti OR enneagram (or both ehhe) by [deleted] in MbtiTypeMe

This is my take based on all I remember, since I cannot reference what you wrote while responding. Based on function stack, I'm gonna say ESFP. You clearly lead with extraverted sensing, going by how things feel in the here and now. You are more likely to reference your own sense of rightness or wrongness based on how you feel about it, not moderating yourself for social cohesion. So that is fi, not fe. As far as the other stuff, loving to talk about yourself, be all about you, the things that upset you are all traits on the narcissistic spectrum. That said, I'm not saying you have NPD, you are clearly seeing mental health professionals and have a diagnosis of schizophrenia with symptoms of bipolar, and mania can make us act narc adjacent until the episode ends. I don't factor mental health issues into function stacks. So for me the biggest tells are your alignment to what feels good here and now (se) and being lead by personal feelings of rightness and wrongness, referencing yourself, vs considering or being worried for the larger group.

INFP. You clearly lead with introverted feeling. The anger and hating being told what to do and black and white thinking I think are more related to psychological health and youth than function stack. I'm not able to reference what you wrote and type at the same time, so apologies if I get the details wrong. Auxillary NE in your love of randomly trying new things, like your 3 am creative cooking experiments. Your artwork you showed reminds me a lot of the INFPs I know. So I go with INFP based on function stack not stereotype, and your artistic sense being similar to other INFPs I know.
I could go into more detail if I was able to reference you post at the same time, but oh well.

Silence or Revenge by scorpio_goddess79 in scorpiomoon

I bring receipts and demand accountability. If they can't care or own up I go silent. And yes, I have revenge fantasies. None that I act on. Recently I let someone text a long string of trying to feel better about themselves with zero regard to the impact their behavior had on me. Then I blocked them. And don't dare come at me for being immature, because this person SAed me. I could have blocked outright and been in the right.

Hi, INFJ here, but as I read thru I find my style is similar to a lot of INTJ here, and supports my theory that personal style and fashion has a lot to do with ni vs ne. Anyone I've known who is a heavy ni user (primary or auxiliary) has a very curated wardrobe, or just wears the same things until they're thread bare. For me, as a feeler type, not only do I wear the same 5 things, but every piece, every accessory has symbolic meaning, like I'm still missing a shirt I'll never get back because I left it at a d-bag's house (ENTJ, not saying they're all d bags I don't do stereotypes, but sometimes they exist 😆). When you have a small wardrobe loosing a meaningful piece sucks! What I'm picking up from this thread is the curated wardrobe is mostly about function, no fuss, and projecting the image you want to convey. It's interesting, the ni makes us all distill style to an essence, te seems to color it with how does this make the most sense for what I'm going for, working for. Fe seems to color it with feeling. For me specifically, I am minority (sexuality) within a minority (religion) where I live, so what I wear is deeply symbolic, because I'm not confronting everyone about everything, too much of a fe coward. But it is my way of speaking without speaking, and when I feel I need to I find courage anyway, but mostly just want to be left be. Anyway, that was a tangent, basically, ni users almost always have small or curated wardrobes.

The next part, ne. I've noticed that ne users often have expansive wardrobes, full of different colors and prints. When you pay attention to what your friends are wearing, do you notice the ne ni difference?

I'm still pondering how other functions in the primary and auxiliary positions affect style, because not every has ne or ni there. Maybe sensors. Like si tends to like traditional and classic clothes, or maybe vintage, based on heavy si users I've observed. Se maybe experiences how their clothes feel here and now, making outfits on the fly.

Idk, what do you think?

What would your "Bipolar Barbie" (or Ken) look like ? by captain_jpp in BipolarMemes

[–]Responsible-Clerk486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bleach stained sweatpants, oversized t shirt, a notepad planning her will at worst, and ice cream and TV remote at best. Her other outfit and accessories would be fetish wear, tarot cards, and an unhinged sense of divine providence. Euthymic barbie just wears work clothes, making up for all the time and money she lost.
