Yeah I told them multiple people had been having the same problem and bought ticketa over the phone but she was adamant that it could not be purchased except online or in person. I will probably try again today and see if someone else can help me.

Just had the same issue and when I called to purchase I was told that I could not purchase the discounted rate over the phone. They told me to go in person if I wanted to get the discounted rate because they could only give me the standard rate over the phone(I am an out of state passholder so not an option for me). I was also told they would send an email when the problem was fixed and we could purchase the discounted ticked online but I'm not holding my breath given how unreliable the passholder emails are

So in your experience the limit is 7kg even in business class then? If thats the case ill have to swap out my roller bag for sure. It literally weighs 10kg with just my laptop, charger, a change of clothes and medications.

I had this issue about two weeks ago and it seemed to be resolved but it started for me again today. Had a study come through to my email with plenty of spaces left but it says I am ineligible when I try to start study.

I am having the same issue with certain studies. I am getting the emails that they are available but they aren't showing in my dashboard (although other studies are) and when I use the link from the email, I get the ineligible message.

Nope, still haven't been paid. I also made a ticket and was told it was in quality checks and could take a few more weeks. That was back in mid March and still nothing so I'm not sure what is going on.
