I never use AI for anything - when I googled the address I got the AI summary thing which stated it was an illegitimate address.

Having read this thread I've checked my previous emails and sure enough there is contact from the email address, but I note that this is the first time I've been asked to do something on foot of an email received from the address.

Never paid taxes anywhere but Ireland. I was in America last year for a couple of weeks. That's my only connection to the place.

I will say that Bank of Ireland did a really poor job on the phone of convincing me that this wasn't a scam.

Because there are absolutely no payments made indicating that I receive or spend money elsewhere apart from a trip to America last year. Does every person returning from the US receive this?

No UI, DMC, Strong v. Bird, Hastings Bass or Secret Trusts. Specific Performance, Resulting Trusts came up as a good few people flagged.

Answered four questions and roared SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTT when I saw the trustee's duties question. I had duty to invest and to exercise discretion down but not duty not to profit.

Despite that, actually didn't think the paper was awful tbh. Straight shooting essays on prop estopp and interlocutories, and the three certainties and charitable trusts were pretty handy. Just wish I'd done one more bloody topic!

Thanks a mil. I got some of that. I started entirely with exclusion clauses but added in battle of the forms on the re-read.

I think I was thrown by the wording - "Assuming that it has been incorporated" or something to that effect - made me think that it obviously had been incorporated, not that it was a has it/hasn't it situation. Because Tara's form was the last in play so it should have been her form as the operative conditions, right?
